Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the FiberLens platform — the website fiberlens.in, the dashboard at app.fiberlens.in, the FiberLens Field mobile app, monitoring agents and related services (together, "the Service"). The Service is provided by Flying Venture System ("Provider", "we", "us"), the legal entity that owns and operates the FiberLens brand, with its registered office at Village Jugial, P/O Hajipur, Tehsil Mukerian, Distt. Hoshiarpur, Punjab, 144221, India (GSTIN: 03EBHPD8030D1Z9).

By creating an account or using the Service, you (the subscribing internet service provider and its authorised staff, "Customer", "you") agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

FiberLens is a business tool for ISPs: it monitors the Customer's own network equipment (OLTs, ONUs, routers, site power) over read-only protocols, presents dashboards and maps, and sends operational alerts and notifications. It is not a consumer product.

2. Accounts and responsibility

• Accounts are created for the Customer's authorised staff. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your accounts.
• You must only connect equipment and networks that you own or are authorised to monitor.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter (customer records, topology, contact numbers).

3. Subscription, billing and trial

• Plans are billed in Indian Rupees per OLT per month, as published on fiberlens.in or agreed in writing. Applicable GST is charged extra as per law.
• A free trial, where offered, requires no payment details; at the end of the trial the account converts to a paid plan or is closed.
• Fees are payable in advance. If an account remains unpaid after its due date, we may suspend access after reasonable notice; data is retained for a grace period before deletion.
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing. There is no lock-in.

4. Notifications (Telegram / WhatsApp / SMS)

The Service sends operational notifications — outage alerts, ticket updates, service and billing messages — to the Customer's team and, where the Customer enables it, to the Customer's end-subscribers, over channels such as Telegram and WhatsApp. The Customer is responsible for obtaining any consent required from its end-subscribers before enabling such notifications. Recipients can opt out at any time (for WhatsApp, by replying STOP). See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

• No attempt to access other tenants' data, probe or disrupt the platform, or use the Service for unlawful monitoring.
• No reselling or white-labelling of the Service without a written agreement with the Provider.
• We may suspend accounts that endanger the platform or other customers, with notice where practicable.

6. Customer data

The Customer owns its network and business data. We process it only to run the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. On account closure, Customer data is deleted after the retention/grace period, except where law requires longer retention.

7. Availability and support

We operate the Service with commercially reasonable care, including monitoring and backups, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practicable. Support is provided over WhatsApp and email during reasonable business hours.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service supports — but does not replace — the Customer's own network operations judgement. Alerts depend on the Customer's equipment, connectivity and configuration; we are not liable for losses caused by missed or delayed alerts, equipment faults, or events outside our reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the Customer for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with notice; we may terminate immediately for material breach or unlawful use. Sections on data, liability and governing law survive termination.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes are notified via the dashboard or email. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hoshiarpur, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory provisions of law.
