This Privacy Policy explains how Flying Venture System ("we", "us") — the legal entity that owns and operates the FiberLens brand — handles information in the FiberLens Field mobile app and the FiberLens network-monitoring platform ("the Service"). FiberLens is a business tool used by internet service providers (ISPs) and their staff to monitor fiber networks and manage field operations. It is not intended for the general public.
The app is used by authorised staff (administrators, operators and field technicians) of an ISP that subscribes to FiberLens. Accounts are created by the ISP; the app is not self-signup for consumers.

The Service sends service notifications over WhatsApp — for example outage alerts, restoration updates, ticket updates and account/billing messages. These are operational (transactional) messages, not marketing.
Background location is collected only while a technician has actively started their working day in the app, and is used solely to display the technician's live position to their own employer's control room. It is turned off automatically on "End day" or sign-out. It is never shared with third parties.
Information is visible to the ISP (the technician's employer) that operates the FiberLens account. We use infrastructure providers (server hosting, Expo/Google for push-notification delivery, and Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform for WhatsApp delivery) strictly to run the Service. We disclose data if required by law.
Operational data is retained for as long as the ISP's account is active, and as required to meet Indian telecom/legal record-keeping obligations. Staff accounts and their data are removed when the ISP deletes them or closes its account.
Access requires authentication; connections use HTTPS; each ISP's data is isolated from other ISPs on the platform.
The Service is a workplace tool and is not directed to children under 18.
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly.
