About Us

FiberLens is a network monitoring platform (NMS) for FTTH internet service providers. It is built, owned and operated by Flying Venture System, an internet service provider based in district Hoshiarpur, Punjab, India.

The company

Flying Venture System operates its own fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) broadband network in Punjab, serving retail broadband subscribers across multiple OLT sites. FiberLens began as the in-house tool we built to run that network — to monitor our OLTs and ONUs, catch fiber faults early, and keep our subscribers online. Today the same platform is offered as a subscription service (SaaS) to other Indian ISPs under the FiberLens brand.

The brand and the legal entity

FiberLens is the brand, product and website name. Flying Venture System is the legal entity that owns and operates FiberLens, enters into contracts, raises invoices, and is responsible for the service. Wherever you see "FiberLens" on this website or in the product, the contracting party is Flying Venture System.

What FiberLens does

• Live monitoring of OLTs, ONUs and optical power over SNMP, with a real-time NOC dashboard.
• Outage classification — whether a fault looks like a fiber cut or an area power failure — with a live fiber map.
• Alerts to the ISP's team over Telegram and WhatsApp, grouped and de-duplicated.
• A field app for technicians, site power/battery monitoring, and reporting.

Because we run FiberLens on our own live network every day, features are tested against real fiber cuts, real power outages and real customers before they reach our subscribers.
